Ribbons on the Gates

 

Before the half-term break, all of the staff tied a ribbon to the school gates with a message of empathy, hope and encouragement.  The children were invited to visit the school gates on their daily exercise and add their own ribbons.  Thank you to all of the children for adding your wonderful ribbons and messages. We loved reading them when we returned from the half-term break. 

 

 

 

Thank You Cards for Key Workers

 

Thank you to the children who posted letters and cards to each of the key worker organisations we had contacted. They have been in touch to say how delighted and touched they were to receive such thoughtful letters and cards. Lister Hospital have displayed them in the main entrance of their hospital and have said it brightens the NHS workers' days when they see them. The Stevenage police officers were very happy to receive such wonderful cards and have displayed them on their notice boards.
